Most people don’t think about their health until something starts to change.
Energy drops.
Sleep becomes inconsistent.
Weight shifts.
Recovery takes longer.
At first, it’s manageable.

But over time, these changes begin to affect how you feel, how you perform and how you live.
The question is not just how long you live.
It is how well you live.
At Still Standing Health, the focus is simple:
To help you live better now—and set yourself up for a healthier, more capable future.
Why This Matters
Your health underpins everything.
Energy, clarity, resilience and performance are not just habits or mindset—they are biological.
When your systems are working well:
energy is consistent
sleep supports recovery
your body works with you, not against you
stress is manageable
When they are not, everything becomes harder.
Most people try to solve this in isolation.
A new diet.
A new routine.
A short-term reset.
But these approaches rarely last because they do not address the underlying systems.
Health is not one thing.
It is a set of interconnected systems that need to work together.
Our Approach
Still Standing Health combines:
functional health principles
evidence-based strategies
practical behaviour change
elements of biohacking and performance optimisation
We focus on three core areas:
Sleep
The foundation of recovery, energy and long-term health
Body Transformation
Building a body that supports strength, metabolism and performance
Longevity
Protecting future health while maintaining quality of life
This is not about quick fixes.
It is about creating sustainable improvements that compound over time.

Meet Carol Standing
Still Standing Health was founded by Carol Standing.
Carol has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry, working across both behavioural and medical approaches to weight and health management.
Her background includes:
• 10 years with Weight Watchers, supporting individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes
• extensive experience in the medical weight loss space
• Chair of the Obesity Management Society
• working with individuals at different stages of their health journey
Through this experience, Carol has seen first-hand that many people are not lacking effort or motivation. They are lacking a clear, structured approach that brings everything together.
This led to the development of Still Standing Health.
A model that integrates:
• functional health
• metabolic health
• behaviour change
• leading-edge health and performance strategies
What Drives This Work
At the heart of Still Standing Health is a simple belief:
It’s not just the length of life that matters — it’s the life in those years.
The aim is to help people:
• feel better day to day
• improve their energy and wellbeing
• maintain strength, independence and capability
• reduce long-term health risk
This is about living well now, while building the foundations for a healthier older age.
Who This Is For
Still Standing Health works with individuals who want a more structured and effective approach to their health.
Typically:
• professionals and business owners
• individuals with busy, demanding lives
• those noticing changes in energy, sleep or body composition
• people who want to take control of their long-term health
Many are already successful in other areas of life. They simply recognise that their health needs the same level of focus.
The Outcome
The goal is not perfection. It is progress.
Better sleep.
More consistent energy.
Improved body composition.
Greater resilience.
Stronger long-term health.
Because when your health improves, everything else becomes easier.
