5. Fees & Payment

For 1:1 coaching:
• sessions must be booked in advance
• missed sessions may be forfeited unless rescheduled with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours unless otherwise agreed)
• coaching is advisory and supportive in nature
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, health improvements or performance results.
7. Courses & Digital Products
When purchasing a course or digital product:
• access is granted for personal use only
• access duration (lifetime or time-limited) will be specified at purchase
• no physical products are supplied unless stated
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, unless required by law.
8. Membership & Subscriptions
Where you enrol in a membership:
• billing will recur at the stated interval (e.g. monthly)
• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
9. Trial Periods
If a trial is offered:
• you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• after the trial, billing will commence automatically

• copy, reproduce or publish materials
