Your Personalised Health Blueprint — a written plan for your sleep, energy, body and healthy ageing, built around your body and the life you actually have.
Not a template with your name at the top. Not a list of everything you could do. A sequenced plan that tells you what matters most for you, and what to start with this week.
Sound familiar?
You've read the articles. Saved the posts. Listened to the podcast in the car. You've probably tried a few things — cutting the wine, the earlier bedtime, the magnesium someone swore by, the walk you managed for eleven days in March.
Some of it helped a bit. None of it held.
And somewhere underneath it all is the quiet worry you don't say out loud: that this is just what getting older feels like, and you've missed the window to do anything about it.
You haven't. And you're not lazy, and you're not lacking information. You're missing a sequence.
Why generic advice stops working in midlife
Here's the problem with a list of twenty good ideas: your sleep, your energy, your body and how well you're ageing aren't four separate projects. They're one system.
Poor sleep changes how your body handles blood sugar the next day. Unstable blood sugar takes your energy out at three in the afternoon. No energy at three means no cooking at seven, and something quick and sweet at nine. Which then takes your sleep.
So when you try to fix all of it at once, you fix none of it. And when you try to fix it in the wrong order, whatever you start with doesn't stick — because it's downstream of something else that hasn't been addressed yet.
The question isn't what to do. It's what to do first.
That's what a Blueprint answers. Not a list. A sequence — built for your body, your symptoms, and what you've already tried.
What it is
A written document, built for you, that answers one question: what do I do, and in what order?

What one actually looks like

Blueprint extract — anonymised
Helen, 51. Waking at 3am most nights. Exhausted by mid-afternoon. Weight up around the middle over two years despite eating less than she used to.
"Your first priority is not your diet, and it isn't the gym. It's the gap between your last meal and bed."
From your answers, your 3am waking pattern lines up closely with an overnight blood sugar dip — you're eating early at around 6.30pm, and by 3am your blood sugar has fallen far enough to trigger a cortisol response that wakes you.
Before we address the weight or the afternoon energy, we need to stabilise overnight blood sugar. A small protein-based snack at 9–9.30pm — not a meal, not carbohydrate-heavy — is the first thing I want you to try. This is week one. Nothing else changes yet.
Here's why that order matters: if we change your diet or add exercise before your sleep is stable, your body's stress response will work against you at every turn. Sleep is the foundation. We build on it, not around it.
Who writes it
I've spent over twenty years in health and weight management, with specialist training in bio-identical hormone health and functional health optimisation.
And when the perimenopause transition arrived, I still couldn't sleep.
I tried the obvious things first, in the wrong order, for about a year. What eventually changed it wasn't a single breakthrough — it was understanding what was actually happening in my body, and then working through it in a sequence that made sense.
The Blueprint is what I wish I'd had at the beginning. Not more information — a plan. Written for me, telling me what to do first.
That's what I write for you.
Why I only take twenty a month
I read your questionnaire, I think about it properly, and I write your plan. That takes real hours, and there are only so many of them in a month. Twenty is the number I can do without the quality dropping.
When they're gone, they're gone until the first of the month. There's no waiting list trick and no fake countdown — just a limited number of places each month.

How it works
Questions
Do I need to have done the Menopause Sleep Reset course first?
No. The Blueprint stands entirely on its own. If you have done it, say so on the questionnaire and I'll build from where the course left you.
I'm on HRT. Is this still relevant?
Yes, and it's a question on the intake for good reason. HRT addresses certain hormonal aspects of the transition, but sleep, blood sugar, muscle and stress load are separate issues it doesn't automatically resolve. Your Blueprint is built around your full picture, including your HRT.
I have a diagnosed condition. Can I still do this?
It depends on the condition. The Blueprint works alongside medical care, not instead of it. If you have a diagnosis that affects your hormones, metabolism or sleep, note it on the questionnaire and I'll tell you honestly if I can help or if this isn't the right fit.
How long is the Blueprint?
As long as it needs to be. Not padded, not minimal. The extract above gives you a sense of the style and depth. Most run to several pages.
What if I have questions after I receive it?
Send them. I'd rather you understood your Blueprint and used it than put it in a folder.
Can I get a refund?
Once I've written your Blueprint, the work is done. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke personalised items are generally exempt from the standard cancellation right. By purchasing, you acknowledge the personalised nature of the service and that it begins immediately on payment of the questionnaire. If you have questions before you buy, please ask them first.
You don't need another list of things you could try. You need someone to look at the whole picture and tell you, honestly, where to start.
That's what this is.
